TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions and the web-based booking form constitute the entire Agreement concerning the provision of a vehicle transfer service ("The Service") between you and London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd. Completion of the booking form and use of the Service indicates your unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out in this Agreement.

1. Definitions

"London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd" refers to London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd, whose registered office is located at Unit 19, Kingspark Business Centre, 152 Kingston House, New Malden, KT3 3ST, United Kingdom. "You" and "Your" refer to any individual, company, or other entity that places a booking with us for the provision of our services.

2. Booking

2.1 You are responsible for allowing sufficient time when booking your journey to accommodate airline check-in requirements and potential delays due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd will not be held liable for any delays resulting from your failure to plan adequate travel time or if passengers are not ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to select an appropriately sized vehicle based on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd cannot guarantee the transportation of excess luggage beyond the vehicle's capacity.

2.3 If a child seat is required, you must request this at the time of booking. Availability cannot be guaranteed without prior notice.

2.4 Bookings can be made via email, our website, or by phone.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd will email you a quotation based on the information supplied by you. The service may amend the quotation if there is any material change to the original itinerary, the number of passengers, or the type or size of vehicle required.

3.2 The quotation will include a [30] minute waiting period for airport transfers after the advertised landing time and the cost of car parking. London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd will charge for waiting at its standard rates after the initial 30-minute period has expired. London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd will endeavour to check for flight delays before the driver leaves for the airport but shall be under no obligation to do so.

3.3 If you accept the quotation, you will receive confirmation of your booking by email. Please check your booking confirmation carefully and inform London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd promptly of any errors. London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd shall not be responsible for any delays caused or costs arising from your failure to provide correct information.

3.4 Payment can be made by credit card, debit card (both subject to a 10% surcharge), or cash.

3.5 Meet & Greet Services (£15.00 to be added on the price in all cases), Drop-off fee and Parking charges apply on all "Airports" pickups and drop-offs. Terminal Drop-Off Charge applies.

4. The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. In the event that the vehicle is soiled or damaged by any passenger, a cleaning and maintenance fee of £120.00 will be charged to cover associated costs.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited in all vehicles operated by London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd.

4.3 All children must be properly restrained in accordance with their age, weight, and height requirements. Where possible, parents or guardians should supply and fit the appropriate child seats. If needed, child seats may be retained by the driver for use on a return journey.

4.4 London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd will not carry more passengers than its insurance or licensing allows.

5. Cancellations

5.1 You have the right to cancel a booking made through the website.

5.2 To cancel a booking, you must notify London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd by submitting a cancellation request via the Contact Us page, quoting your booking reference number, in accordance with the guidance provided on the website.

5.3 For cancellations made up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time (unless otherwise specified on the confirmation page or your booking confirmation email), a full refund of the fare (excluding any card processing fees) will be issued if paid by card. Cancellations made less than 6 hours prior to the agreed time are non-refundable. In the case of cash bookings, such cancellations may result in a profile flag, which may restrict future bookings.

5.4 For pre-paid bookings, any approved refunds for cancellations or complaints will be processed to the original payment card within up to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).

5.5 If you need to cancel your booking, please notify London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd as early as possible. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled travel date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before travel will not be refunded. Same-day bookings and cancellations are subject to a minimum administrative charge of £5.00.

6. Liability

6.1 London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd will make every reasonable effort to ensure you reach your destination on time. However, we are not liable for any delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 All luggage is carried entirely at the passenger’s own risk.

6.3 London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd reserves the right to cancel services and issue refunds in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as a national emergency, riot, war, fuel shortage, extreme weather conditions, terrorist activity, or other events beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a vehicle breakdown during your journey, we will make every effort to arrange a suitable replacement vehicle as soon as possible.

6.4 You agree to indemnify London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd against all losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from any act or omission by any member of your party.

6.5 Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit either party’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd reserves the right to refuse or terminate any booking immediately if the behavior of you or any passenger in your party poses a risk to the driver, vehicle, or any third party—whether through damage, violence, abuse, or any other unsafe conduct. In such cases, passengers will be asked to vacate the vehicle at the nearest safe location.

No refunds will be issued if a journey is terminated before completion due to the conduct of the passenger(s).

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Upon accepting a booking, London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd enters into a direct contract with the customer and assumes full responsibility for the transport services provided. This responsibility cannot be transferred to drivers or any other third parties.

8.2 London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating them on its website.

8.3 All personal information collected by London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd will be stored, processed, and used in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any applicable data privacy regulations.

8.4 This Agreement, together with any accompanying quotation, constitutes the entire agreement between you and London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd.

8.5 This Agreement is not intended to confer any benefit or rights on any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise, unless expressly stated in writing.

9. Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Both you and London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

Privacy Policy

At London Excellence Chauffeur Ltd, your privacy is our priority. We are committed to protecting your personal information at all times and in all situations. The information we collect about you is used solely to process your booking efficiently and to provide a more personalized experience on our website.

We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required to do so by law or for the purpose of fulfilling your travel request (e.g., providing your name and phone number to the assigned driver). All data is handled in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any applicable data protection laws.

By using our services or website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
